After resetting the Blink camera, you have to configure the camera again. And for that, delete your sync module, and after it reinstall it. All you have to do is:

  • Launch the Blink app on the device you are using and tap on the ‘?’ sign.
  • Now, tap on the ‘delete sync module’ option.
  • On the next window, you have to scan the QR code or you can also manually enter the serial number of the sync module and tap the ‘delete’ button.
  • Now, move to the home screen and tap on the ‘+’ sign.
  • After this, tap on the ‘Blink wireless camera system’ option.
  • Now you have to enter the serial number or scan the QR code of the sync module again.
  • Here, select the Blink system and hit the ‘discover device’ button.
  • Finally, in the end, choose the ‘join’ and tap on the ‘done’ to add the sync module.
